Working-out outside is probably my favorite hobby outside of playing golf. I love feeling the sunshine on my skin as I push myself to do one more push up or box jump. Following a workout routine has kept me mentally and physically strong. Endurance and HIIT workouts help me to hit the ball far, while yoga and stretching keep my body flexible for a big turn. I typically use body bands to increase the intensity during HIIT workouts- a tip most wouldn't know about!
